Using nature's magic, we can find the good in difficult moments. Nightmares can be turned into calming dreams and this transformative power is found in many plants and herbs. Sleeping potions have been used for thousands of years. Helping you fall into a peaceful sleep is only a fraction of what this potions provides. Flowers like Chamomile and Lavender are filled with energy connected to the lunar and solar cycles and matcha and blue lotus flower powders will bewitch your dreams. Together these plants stimulate sleep waves that can induce a feeling of euphoria, more vivid dreams, and deeper sleep.

Ingredients:
8.5 oz Water
1/2 Tsp Blue Lotus Flower Powder
1/2 Tsp Matcha Powder or Matcha Leaves
1 TBS Chamomile Flowers
1/2 Tsp Lavender Flowers
1/4 oz Organic Local Honey
Instructions:
Boil water.
Place all of the flowers in a mug or heat resistant glass.
As soon as the water begins to boil, remove from heat and pour over the flowers.
Cover the glass so the flowers can infuse the water for at least 20 minutes. (You can also let them infuse over night for a more powerful potion.Filter the potion, add the honey, consume 30min. before bedtime.
