For Garlic breath you can eat raw parsley or chewing a handful of Anise, fennel or dill seeds.
Other Names/Species: Ramps, Ramsoms, or Wild Leaks (Allium tricoccum or A. burdickii) are broad-leaved garlic relatives native to Eastern Mountains of North America. Field Garlic, wild garlic or Crow garlic (A. vineale) is an invasive species imported from Europe. It is often found in lawns.

For any purpose it is best to crush the garlic cloves and then wait 10 minutes. Why? While it is understood that when fresh garlic is crushed, alliin is broken down by alliinase into allicin (which has very strong antiseptic activity), authorities still disagree on precisely how garlic achieves its medicinal effects.
Other uses: hay fever, asthma, osteoarthritis, enlarged prostate, it is also useful when taken alongside conventional antibiotics to help prevent side-effects such as diarrhea. It is also an anti fungal and has anti-cancer activity and helps protect against stomach and colon cancer as well. YAY GARLIC!!!
Historical records from India and Egypt referring to garlic date back 5,000 years, raking garlic as one of the world's oldest horticulture crops. It's easy to grow, harvest and many varieties will store for long periods of time.
Referred to as "the stinking rose" it has many folkloric and traditional uses. BUT, beware many web articles promote garlic-containing products as insecticides, insect repellents, and mole control agents, but studies show this just isnt true at all and these products are not really effective. I really hope you enjoyed this fun addition i decided to type over our Herb/Plant of the month-GARLIC.
