Modern life exposes us to many toxins and pollutants. Especially in our foods and hygiene products. Our focus here is the toxins in our food like: hormones given to livestock, heavy metals in fish, pesticides in soil and air pollution, and stress as well. The healing ingredients are antioxidants and vitamins C, E, and A these are just a few examples. Learning little secret combinations, and having a simple amount of knowledge like: onions (particularly red onions), garlic, and balsamic vinegar aid in digestion, as well as contain high levels of antioxidants also make great healthy mix and taste amazing together.

Chicken with Balsamic Garlic Sauce
Serves: 4, Prep Time: 10 min, Cook Time: 40 min
Ingredients needed:
17 oz (500g) Free-Range Chicken Cutlets or Thighs,
6.75 oz Balsamic Vinegar
5-6 Garlic Cloves Salt & Pepper
4-5 Red Onions 1 TBSP Olive or Sun Flower Oil
Preheat Oven: 400°F
Start with marinating the chicken in the vinegar, 2 minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper, while you
prepare the onions. *TIP* If you have one; use a pan that can go into the oven.
Peel Onions and cut into quarters. Heat half the oil in a pan (one that can be put in the oven), add
onions, cut side up, put in the remained of the garlic (whole with peel). Then pour the remained of the oil as well. Season with salt and pepper, Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
Now, add the chicken to the pan along with half the chicken marinade. *If you do not have an oven safe pan, transfer all ingredients into a baking dish. ADD final pinch of salt and pepper and bake for 15-20 min.
