Natural Bromelain Painkiller

Naturally derived from Pineapple!
Bromelain, and enzyme derived from pineapple, is known for its pain relieving properties. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, making it a natural choice for managing pain.
Ingredients & Material:
Fresh Pineapple, Including the core and stem
Juicer
Cheesecloth
Dosage: For pain relief, consume 1 to 2 tablespoons of the pineapple bromelain extract on an empty stomach up to three times a day. So basically before meals.
Instructions:
Preparations: begin by using a fresh ripe pineapple, we are going to include the stem. Cut the pineapple into small chunks remove and discard any damage, soft, or discolored pieces of the pineapple. The signs indicate rotting and can affect the quality of the bromelain.
Juicing: run all of the pineapple chunks, including the stem, through the juicer to extract the juice. This method ensures that you get the most concentrated form of bromelain. If you do not have a juicer, you can use a blender, use the setting "liquefy". (NOTE: When making this recipe I decided to use my blender because after review of other peoples experiences, due to the pineapple being so fibrous it seems works better (by popular opinion) when you use a blender; the fibrous tissue of the pineapple can clog the juicer.)
Straining: After juicing/blending, pour the pineapple juice through a cheese cloth and strainer to remove any remaining pulp. This step will give you a clear and pure extract.
Storage: Bottle, label and date in a dark bottle, refrigerate.
OPTION (1): You can freeze the extract in ice cube trays for longer storage. Storing your fresh pineapple bromelain extract properly is crucial to maintain its enzymatic activity. Maintain a temperature that is below -4°C (24.80° F).
OPTION (2): You can also create a pineapple bromelain tincture with vodka by simply mixing the fresh pineapple pieces with high proof vodka (100-proof) Annie 1:2 ratio (1 part pineapple to 2 parts vodka). Allow this mixture to infuse in a second container for 4 to 6 weeks, shaking it periodically. Strain in store the tincture and a dark glass bottle for easy dosing. DOSAGE (for tincture): 1-2 droppers (approximately 1-2mL) under the tongue 3 times a day for pain relief.
